Tri-Core Comfort Zone Pillow
The Tri-Core Comfort Zone Pillow is tried and true. My wife and I both use it. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I have recommended this pillow to all my clients for over 19 years and the testimonies are plentiful. When I was growing up I slept on a regular pillow that raised my head up, in the same position I looked down at our phone. Our head is heavy and designed to be supported by our spine. When we train it to go forward day and night is it any wonder why we have chronic neck and head pain? Let today be the start of a new day towards a stress free neck!
TIP: If you travel a lot, get the smaller petite size too to travel with.

Massage Chair Full Body,Zero Gravity 3D SL-Track Shiatsu Massage Recliner Chair
If money is not an issue, I highly recommend this massage chair for home care. It has all the bells and whistles. Click on this link and watch
the video. It will cause you to relax just watching it.

Forearm Massage Roller
This Forearm Massage Roller is amazing for home care between massages. If you are experiencing pain in your wrist or upper forearm this massage tool will help bring you the relief you are looking for.

Shiatsu Massager for Pain Relief Deep Tissue with Heat
You know the nagging pain you get where your neck meets your shoulders, like when you look down at your phone for hours? At the end of a long day at work, I use the Shiatsu Massager for de-stressing. I highly recommend this valuable tool.

Powerful Massage Gun for Enhanced Warm-Up & Workout Recovery
You may already have a battery operated massager, but this new generation device is better. My clients really like it when I use this massage gun. The heated tip helps prepare their muscles for the massage and this device is quieter to operate.

Thera Cane Massager
The Thera Cane Massager is a great tool for self care between massages. I use it all the time for those hard to reach spaces on your neck, shoulders, back, forearms and thumbs!

High-Density Foam Roller
The High-Density Foam Roller is a tool I use and recommend to my clients. who are suffering from sciatica or low back pain. It is used to open the channel the nerve travels through and then, performing nerve flossing. It is very effective.

Full Round Massage Table Bolster
When we sleep on our back, the weight of the sheet and comforter causes our feet to turn in or out. In time, that changes the mechanics of how we walk. Either pigeon toed or reverse snow plowing. By placing the Full Round Massage Table Bolster below the feet, under the sheet; it holds the sheet and comforter off the feet. You may even find you toss and turn less during the night!

Patented Pressure Relief Seat Cushion for Long Sitting Hours
When it comes to proper ergonomics while sitting long hours in a chair it helps to have a contoured foundation. This company provides that support with this seat cushion, whether you are sitting at your desk, motor vehicle, or kitchen table.

Cold Therapy Gel
When I was training for Structural Integration and Orthopedic Massage, I was introduced to this product. I have clients who have tried all the leading cryogenic topical pain relievers and they found CryoDerm to be superior to all the rest. I have to say, I agree. I highly recommend this for topical pain relief.

Thera-Band for the Hand Xtrainer Set
If you are a computer operator, gamer or texter I recommend the Thera Band for the Hand Xtrainer. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I use my hands a lot and often develop an ache in my thumbs. I have mine on my night stand. Before I go to sleep I put my thumb and fingers through the small holes and spread my fingers apart and hold for 10 seconds for 5 reps. It will take the pain away. You are basically stretching the muscles on the inside of your hand and strengthening the muscles on the outside. You can buy them individually or as a pack. Start with Red unless your hands are strong. I recently graduated from Green to Blue.

TheraBand FlexBar
Red – Beginner. Green – Intermediate. Blue – Advanced.
TheraBand FlexBar – It is great for people who suffer with Tennis Elbow, Golfers Elbow, Tendonitis Pain and people who need to improve Grip Strength. Click on the link above and watch the video to learn the different ways to use this amazing tool.

Ergonomic Mouse
One of my clients recommended this mouse. I like the ergonomics of this device. Whether you are experiencing pain in your wrist, or you simply want to avoid it; you should consider this. Just look at the image on the left. It is a more natural position for your wrist. Do not feed the problem!

Stretch Out Strap with Exercise Poster
The Stretch Out Strap is a tool I recommend to all my clients to maintain the changes that occur to re-align the body with Structural Integration and Orthopedic Massage. In sports I was taught to lean against a tree or a wall to stretch my calves. While training for massage I learned that you don’t stretch an engaged muscle. Using the Stretch Out Strap is a great tool for effectively stretching your muscles.

Wedge Pillow for Sleeping
The Wedge Pillow for Sleeping is great for those who suffer from acid reflux or indigestion. I really like the pockets located on the side for things like a phone or glasses. While I do not recommend reading in bed, it does make sense to support your neck and back while doing so.

Ergonomic Key Board
If you travel often, have a laptop computer, or a tablet, this collapsible/portable keyboard can connect to up to three different devices through Blue Tooth. You can see in this image above that the wrist remains straight while using this keyboard.

Beveled Edge Glass Chair Mat
I am intrigued by this floor mat. I have seen glass floor mats before, but it is the beveled edge that I really like. It has been said that it is important to have a firm foundation and this appears to do just that. Watch the video on this link and see if you don’t agree.

Ergonomic Office Chair with Adjustable Lumbar Support
When it comes to finding the right chair you want options. That is what I like about this chair. The head rest, arm rests, lumbar support, chair recline and leg support are all adjustable. For the price, this is a good deal.

Backlit Bluetooth Ergonomic Keyboard
When choosing a keyboard you want to keep your wrists straight. When a straight keyboard is used the wrist is cocked outward which causes the tendons to bend at the wrist. That can lead to carpel tunnel.

Desk Office Chair
If you are looking for plush cushion seating, this is the chair for you. I do not recommend this chair for a computer operator, because I don’t recommend resting your arms on the arm rests when typing. It restricts tendon movement in the arms. However, if you are not typing all day this could be your chair.

Ergonomic Office Chair
This Ergonomic Chair has all the same adjustments that I liked in the other chair like this one, only this one is less expensive.
Office Furniture & Accessories

Extra Dense Lumbar Pillow
If your chair does not come equipped with a quality, adjustable lumbar support, this Extra Dense Lumbar Pillow could help give you relief from low back pain. It is important to maintain the curve in your low back. When you lean forward it causes you to lose that curve.

Ergonomic Foot Rest for Under Desk
I tell my clients, when you sit in a chair your thighs should be parallel to the floor. If your thighs are angled down, then your hamstrings, quads and calves stay tight and can lead to cramps. It also changes your muscle memory in your legs to a shorter length. That can translate tension all the way up to your neck. If your chair will not go any lower, this Ergonomic Foot Rest will help level your thighs out.

Foot Rest for Under Desk at Work
If you need additional height from your Foot Rest to level your thighs, this Foot Rest has two different levels and the rounded surface supports the arches of your feet. Remember the key to proper mechanics starts with keeping your thighs parallel to the floor.

Electric Standing Desk
I like this contemporary looking, sturdy computer desk. It has a lot of nice features. When it comes to computer work, change is a good thing. This desk helps with that. It has a push button panel that electronically raises and lowers the height and it is quiet. If you stand all day you will eventually get tired and cock your hips, which affects your low back. If you sit all day, it can create stress in your legs and back. Change is good!
